Lingual tube with a ball hook and curved flanges that follow the contours of both first and second molars; for double wires .036″.

The lingual tube is placed on the inside, where it is not seen. The curved flanges are shaped so they follow the contours of both the first and the second molar — one part covers two positions.
It comes in two groups: G2846 (right and left) and G2847 (right and left with −8° rotation). Both groups carry a ball hook.
It is intended for double wires .036″. Pack of 10.
